Mainstreaming Questionnaire
Mainstreaming Questionnaire
Aim:
The aim of this document is to inform future service planning by identifying services or provision that may need to be mainstreamed.
Mainstreaming:
`By mainstreaming we mean the potential to continue, replicate or expand either a feature of a particular element of provision, or a service in its entirety. This continuation, replication or expansion would be achieved either by providing sufficient funding to meet this need (financial), by replicating approaches to delivery (cultural), or by adopting principles or objectives (strategic), by engagement or planning in other existing service areas. The benefits and impact of this provision will have been clearly evidenced by evaluation and monitoring (qualitative or quantitative). In order to be mainstreamed provision will need to be working in accordance with the strategic direction of the CYPSP.'
Do you agree with the broad definition of mainstreaming outlined above? (Please provide comments).
Are there any initiatives/ projects that report to your partnership that have time limited funding? (If so, when does the funding expire?)
