CRB checks
RCVYS can now offer its members a service to allow them to perform Ciminal Records Bureau checks on their staff and volunteers.
If you are not already a member we will need to ask you to join us before we can offer this service to you.
Membership is currently free open to anyone working with chidlren & young people in the vountary and community sector in Reading.
CRB checks are done at the following costs
Volunteers
£10 administration fee per check for either an enhanced or standard disclosure.
Paid staff
£10 administration fee per check for either an enhanced or standard disclosure in addition to the fees charged by CRB.
From the 1st April 2005 the CRB charges £29 for standard checks and £34 for enhanced checks.
